I’ve had a great experience with Stafford Surestore, largely thanks to Katie. She is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. From day one, Katie made everything straightforward and stress-free. Her communication is excellent, she’s always quick to respond, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing a high level of service. It’s rare to come across someone so proactive and reliable — she’s a real credit to the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stafford Surestore, especially with Katie there to support.

I have worked at this location for a number of years now in a seperate company to Sure Store and the team here have always been really helpful. Katie is a great example of this, i have known her since she first joined and through time she's become a perfect representation of the company. She is the first person i will go to with thngs we need resolved as she is second to none on keeping things organised

Both myself and my sister needed help in choosing the correct sized unit for our house move. We went into the Stafford store at Redhill. We spoke to Liam on reception who was very helpful and showed us the units prior to us purchasing. We are very happy with the security on site and had everything explained to us. The overall experience was extremely seem-less. We would defiantly recommend Sure Store to our friends and family.
