Up until this point, the customer service was brilliant, everything was easy, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the storage was big enough for what we needed and always easy to access. HOWEVER.. we are trying to get our deposit back, and even though I notified them that we would be leaving quite far in advance, an invoice was still raised the day we moved out and the invoice was for another whole month! Whenever they try and refund our deposit, it can't go to us directly, only the money outstanding. A staff member emailed us to ask whether we can pay over £300 for them to then refund that back along with the deposit. I emailed back explaining we don't have that kinds of money. We got told we don't owe anything, and all our money got put on a house deposit, first months rent and bills. Since then, I've heard NOTHING. I have emailed back twice, I have called three times and requested a call back as my call always gets directed to another store and I've done an online form for a call back and no one has got back to me! They still have my deposit and I still keep getting automated emails to male a payment!! This absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute shame! I expect a call back soon please
