Our move took much longer than expected, and we completely misjudged the amount of storage space we needed. Every time we needed to upgrade to a larger unit, nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole process was straightforward, and Nathan and Callum made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. On moving day, it became clear we’d underestimated the space we needed yet again and suddenly found ourselves needing an additional unit. On what was already a very stressful day, this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. Thankfully, Nathan and Callum got everything sorted in no time at all, and we were able to carry on without any added stress. Moving house is often said to be one of life’s most stressful experiences, and for us that was certainly true. The one thing that never caused us any stress throughout the entire process was using Here Self Storage and dealing with Nathan and Callum. They were always friendly, helpful and accommodating, and their customer service was exceptional throughout.
