We had a really positive experience with Here Storage, and I have to give a special mention to Callum. He was so friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed like he enjoys his job, which made the whole experience so much easier. My son is at university and needed somewhere to store his belongings for two weeks while he changed accommodation. Callum was incredibly helpful throughout. It’s refreshing to come across someone who is not only professional but also genuinely pleasant and happy to help. Would recommend Here Storage, and especially Callum, a real credit to the company!

The staff at here self storage were so lovely and immensely helpful especially Nathan who frequently took in parcels for me whilst i was in between homes. I was kept up to date with all information at all times and it was such a useful and easy asset. I would recommend this service to anyone!

We used Here Self Storage Loughborough while moving house, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Our move took much longer than expected, and we completely misjudged the amount of storage space we needed. Every time we needed to upgrade to a larger unit, nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole process was straightforward, and Nathan and Callum made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. On moving day, it became clear we’d underestimated the space we needed yet again and suddenly found ourselves needing an additional unit. On what was already a very stressful day, this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. Thankfully, Nathan and Callum got everything sorted in no time at all, and we were able to carry on without any added stress. Moving house is often said to be one of life’s most stressful experiences, and for us that was certainly true. The one thing that never caused us any stress throughout the entire process was using Here Self Storage and dealing with Nathan and Callum. They were always friendly, helpful and accommodating, and their customer service was exceptional throughout. A huge thank you to Nathan and Callum for making what could have been a much more difficult experience so straightforward. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Here Self Storage Loughborough to anyone.

Here Self Storage Loughborough are fantastic I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit space. The staff - Nathan and Callum are super friendly, always go above and beyond and are always on hand to help! The building is incredibly safe, clean and secure. Plenty of parking and loading bays right outside. Bonus - They’re also dog friendly too!
