Launching a new location is always a proud milestone — and for Here Self Storage, our recent launch day in Salisbury was a celebration to remember. We were delighted to officially open our doors to the community with a fantastic turnout of local leaders, businesses, charities and residents who came together to welcome us to the city.
The highlight of the day was the official ribbon cutting ceremony, led by the Mayor of Salisbury. It was a true honour to have the Mayor join us to formally open the store and mark the beginning of Here Self Storage’s journey in Salisbury. The ceremony was a proud moment for our team and a wonderful way to celebrate becoming part of the local community.
Support from the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce
We were also pleased to welcome representatives from the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce, who came along to show their support. Their presence reinforced the strong sense of community in Salisbury and the importance of local businesses working together to support growth and opportunity in the area. The Here Self Storage Salisbury team are keen to get involved with the local Chamber of Commerce, and look forward to connecting with other Chamber businesses throughout 2026.
Connecting with Local Businesses
Throughout the day, we hosted store tours for local businesses, giving them an inside look at our brand new facility. Guests had the opportunity to explore our secure, modern storage solutions, including our convenient external drive-up units, designed for simplicity and easy access.
The event also provided a valuable opportunity for networking. Business owners connected with one another, shared ideas and learned more about how Here Self Storage plans to support local enterprises. Whether it’s providing flexible storage solutions for stock, equipment or documents, or helping them run their business from their unit, we’re committed to helping Salisbury businesses thrive.
